Asalaamu Alaikum Brothers and Sisters,
Al-Ansar Academy which is located upstairs of the West Coast Islamic Soceity is a KG-4th Grade Private Islamic School in the heart of Anaheim, CA. Alongside the average public school curriculum Al-Ansar will also be offering Islamic Studies, Arabic Language, and Tajweed courses for all students inshaAllah.
After careful review the Board of Directors of Al-Ansar Academy have taken the decision to close the school for the 2018-2019 school year.
As you may be aware, last year Al-Ansar Academy was met with many complications. Due to situations involving unprofessionalism and conflict of interest, the transition over to this school year has been met with great difficulty.
Due to these reasons, and the inability to fill all of our staffing needs, the Board has had to make the hard decision of closing Al-Ansar Academy.
In the coming year, we wish to ensure all staff and parents that time will not be wasted. The school year will be spent in remodeling our classrooms upstairs to meet our needs for the following school years to come.
The decision to close Al-Ansar Academy for the 2018-2019 school year has not been an easy one for the Board of Directors to make. It has been made in the knowledge that it will affect the lives of many people. Thank you for your support and understanding.
